I ship packages typically within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.  I ship using USPS First Class with tracking.  

Due to the fact that all my creations are handmade, I do not accept refunds.  However, If the item is damaged in transit, I will be happy to work with you and I will do my best to repair the damage if able.  If the item is returned,  I require it to be shipped to me within 7 days of receipt of the item.  I want you to be completely happy with your purchase so please inquire with me if you have questions or concerns. 

Please note that my creations are not meant to be toys for children, but are perfect for the young at heart!
